1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register an account and use the nona4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. nona4d enforces strict age verification and will not permit any person under 21 to open or maintain an account.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for individual users, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
4. You must not be listed on any government, financial-institution, or international sanctions list.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of nona4d or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or service partners.
6. You must have only one registered account on the Platform at any given time. Multiple accounts held by a single individual constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the nona4d Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older
• Active Indonesian phone number (verified via OTP)
• Valid email address to which you have full and exclusive access
• A secure password meeting our complexity requirements

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes. nona4d reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time and to suspend or close accounts where inaccuracies are discovered.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. nona4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

nona4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. To fulfil these obligations, we require all Players to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before they may make their first withdrawal and, in certain cases, before depositing or wagering above specified limits.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear, legible copies or photographs of the following documents:

• Primary ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driving licence (SIM)
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your name and residential address
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is held in your own name

nona4d aims to complete the review of submitted KYC documents within 48 hours of receipt. We may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient. During the verification period, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

nona4d supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient transactions for all Players. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable transaction fees) and may trigger an account review. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes during normal banking hours, subject to the processing schedule of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your nona4d account. nona4d does not charge a withdrawal fee on amounts above Rp 100.000; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nona4d accepts no responsibility.

nona4d reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. We will communicate any such delays to you promptly via your registered email address.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

nona4d offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting occasions including BRI Liga 1 fixtures and international tournaments.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers:

1. Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
2. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). 3. Time Limits: Each bonus carries an expiry period (typically 7–30 days) from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain subject to wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
4. One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before clearing an existing bonus will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus is capped at Rp 5.000.000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
6. Eligibility: nona4d reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion.

7. Betting & Game Rules

nona4d offers a broad portfolio of betting and gaming products tailored to Indonesian player preferences. These include sports betting on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and international competitions involving Timnas Indonesia (the national team, affectionately known as the Garuda); togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws from Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau markets; live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and other certified providers; online slots from studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft; and sabung ayam (traditional rooster derby) events streamed live with Meron and Wala betting options.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. nona4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the system, except where a technical error caused the bet to be recorded incorrectly.
• In the event of a verifiable technical failure affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, nona4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds at which the wager is accepted.
• For togel products, official draw results published by the relevant market operator constitute the final settlement reference. nona4d bears no responsibility for discrepancies between result publications on third-party websites and the official source.
• nona4d employs certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all slot and table game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested to verify statistical fairness.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply across all product categories. Specific limits are disclosed on the relevant product pages and may be subject to periodic revision.

8. Responsible Gaming

nona4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. We offer a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or session cut-offs when a set time has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period chosen.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the nona4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of nona4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of nona4d's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nona4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including server outages, network failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers;
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, and promotional content.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, nona4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your nona4d account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

nona4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any funds, bonuses, or winnings therein, if we reasonably determine that any of the following circumstances apply:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• You are operating multiple accounts;
• You are under 21 years of age;
• We suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating;
• We suspect that your account has been used for money laundering or other financial crime;
• We receive a legally valid request from a competent authority to restrict your account;
• Continuing to maintain your account would expose nona4d to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by you, nona4d shall not be obligated to return any funds held in the account unless required to do so by law. Where closure is initiated at your own request, or for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part, your real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nona4d holds its international operating licence. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the above, nona4d acknowledges that the primary user base of the Platform consists of players located in Indonesia and is committed to ensuring that the Platform's operations, marketing practices, and responsible gaming standards are conducted with due regard for the interests and expectations of Indonesian players. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as nona4d representing that use of the Platform is lawful under Indonesian law; Players remain solely responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to them.

13. Amendments

nona4d reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address. The revised terms will take effect on the date indicated in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance.
